1. Product Overview
This eWeLink Matter WiFi smart LED bulb comes with 3 lamp base choices: E27, GU10, E14, meeting different lamp fixture demands for living room, bedroom, kitchen, wall lamp, spot light and candle light.
Different from traditional Zigbee bulbs that require extra ZBBridge gateway, this bulb adopts Matter over WiFi solution: you only need a 2.4GHz WiFi router to pair it with eWeLink App directly, no proprietary bridge needed for daily remote control, local dimming and automation.

3.Two Usage Modes (Important Reminder)
Use method 1.Only Use eWeLink App (NO extra hardware needed)
The bulb connects WiFi router directly, you can add, adjust and control lights fully inside eWeLink App, no gateway required.
Use method 2.Cross-platform voice control (Matter controller is required separately)
If you want voice control via Siri / Alexa / Google / Yandex Alice, you need a Matter-supported host as controller:
For Homekit: HomePod mini, HomePod 2, Appl e TV 4K (2nd gen+)
For Alexa: Echo 4th Gen, Echo Studio, Echo Hub, eero Pro 6/6E
For Google Home: Nest Hub 2, Nest Hub Max, Nest WiFi Pro

4. Easy Setup Guide
Install the bulb into E27/GU10/E14 lamp holder
Power on/off 5 times continuously to enter WiFi pairing flash mode
Open eWeLink App → Tap "+" → Scan the Matter QR code on bulb
Input your 2.4GHz WiFi password to finish pairing
Optional: Turn on Matter mode in device page to connect to HomeKit/Alexa/Google/Yandex Smart Home

Q1: Do I need to buy a gateway to use this bulb on eWeLink?
A1: No! This is WiFi Matter bulb, directly connect 2.4G router, control via eWeLink App without any Zigbee bridge.
Q2: Can I control it with Yandex Alice voice?
A2: Yes, but you need a Yandex Matter hub speaker (Mini 3 Pro / Midi / Max / Station 2/3) as Matter controller to pair the bulb. Only eWeLink App control does not require Yandex speaker.
Q3: Can it connect 5GHz WiFi?
A3: Only support 2.4GHz WiFi, 5GHz WiFi is not compatible.
