Terms of sale

1. The seller

These terms apply to every purchase made on this site. The seller is Expydrop (Mentore Personale LLC), a Wyoming limited liability company (Wyoming Entity ID 2025-001785174), with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, contactable at [email protected].

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. We may decline or cancel an order before shipping, for example when a price was shown in error or an item is no longer available; any payment is then refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in EUR. Delivery costs are shown on the product page and at checkout. Payment is taken by our payment provider when you order; we never see or store your full card details.

4. Delivery

Goods ship directly from our suppliers. Delivery options and estimated times are shown before you buy; details are in delivery & returns. Estimated dates are not guaranteed, but we will reship or refund an order that does not arrive, as described there.

5. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Consumers may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. Damaged, faulty, wrong or not-as-described items are replaced or refunded when reported within 30 days of delivery. The full procedure is in delivery & returns. These terms do not limit your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity where it applies.

6. Product information

Descriptions and images come from the manufacturers. We screen listings and correct them when we can, but small differences in colour, packaging or finish are possible. If an item is materially different from its description, it counts as not as described.

7. Liability

We are responsible for the goods we sell and for performing these terms. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses where you buy as a consumer. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the place where the seller is registered. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
